You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s permission, to order. We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping state; Oregon has no sales tax. If an item is mispriced we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping or delivery confirmation. We may limit quantities or decline suspected fraud.

Standard shipping is free on $50 or more of physical products. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Software and courses are licensed under each publisher’s terms. Codes can’t be refunded once revealed.

Club memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime and keep benefits until the end of the paid term.

Third-party eGift cards follow their issuer’s terms and can’t be returned or redeemed for cash.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Oregon.
